Who we are. ITC Educational Consulting Company ("ITC", "we") provides online exam-preparation training. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect. Your name, WhatsApp number, email address, the course you ask about, and the content of the messages you send us. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Why we use it. To answer your enquiries, register you for courses, process payments, and send you class links and payment receipts.

Who processes data for us. Payment providers (Tap), instalment providers (Deema, Ruba) if you choose them, Zoom for live classes, Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) for messaging, and Jotform for registration forms.

Support team. Members of our support team, some of whom work from other countries, may access your details only to serve you.

Automated assistant. Some enquiries on WhatsApp are answered by an automated (AI) assistant; our team follows up on cases that need a person.

Retention. We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
